Reporting to the Country Manager the incumbent will implement series of marketing activities to grow the distributors network. Responsibilities: ? Organizing and managing all marketing activities and sales events ? Developing marketing strategy in line with the company objectives. ? Overseeing the company’s marketing budget. ? Guiding and training distributors in system operation ? Conducting training and motivation event ? Planning and implementing promotional campaigns. ? University graduate ? Work experience in Direct Selling or MLM is preferred ? Pleasant personality with excellent PR skill ? Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented ? Excellent oral and written communication skill in English ? Good presentation and training skill ?
