As Purchasing Specialist , you are responsible of full lifecycle of purchasing activities of beset quality organic food supply for newly established division of fresh food market by ensuring the price, delivery and services with high integrity. Job responsibilities - Manages the purchasing /procurement process from sourcing suppliers to delivery and after service in timely and cost effective manner. - Vendor Management for best combination of Quality, Pricing, Delivery, Payment and servicers. - Ensure smooth execution of all supplying activities of the organization. - Negotiate price , improve quality , strengthen partnerships with quality venders /suppliers and make buying decisions - Organized and improve healthy vender selection system - Oversees financial activates of Inventory, Purchas Orders, invoices, billing, etc. - Compliance with local legal requirements - Minimum 7+ years experience with relevant purchasing or procurement background of Organic food supply - Good understanding and network of Local and International suppliers of Organic food FMCG and Food retail industry. - Trustworthy and integrity - Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Understanding of modern supply chain system including ERP and e-sourcing The passion that Al Emadi employees demonstrate is the quality that makes each of them unique and important to our success.
