? Responsible to develop strategies regarding individual assets and the wider portfolio and apply a competitive, pro-active management strategy to achieve specific income, expense, and rate-of-return targets for each asset in portfolio. ? Establish and implement management control procedures to identify relevant categories of cost and potential risk areas that require effective and immediate action. ? Model full life cycle financial analysis for each asset from development through disposition. Has to be Lebanese and based in Lebanon Minimum Academic Qualifications ? Bachelor’s Degree required with a concentration in business, finance, accounting and/or real estate. Minimum years of On- The- Job Experience ? 10 years+ of proven experience in asset management. Other Requirements ? A good understanding of financial modelling. ? Ability to work with financial concepts and perform financial analysis including ROI, IRR and discounted cash flow modeling Reporting and analytical skills. ? Excellent Planning and organizational skills ? Strong Analytical skills RICS accredited Recruitment agencies are archaic.
