Reporting to the GM International Franchise Operations and working as a member of the Middle East team, this role will be a key contributor to the ongoing development of Middle East franchise operations through the providing support to our franchisees and implementing continuous improvement of systems, policies and procedures to support and improve performance in key areas such as: • Meeting and exceeding service standards • Driving and enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement • Training and development of store operations • Getting new operations up and running to then handover to local leadership • Compliance The role supports and drives the Middle Eastern operations network of the Esquires Coffee Houses to achieve business strategies, targets, plans, budgets and outcomes to ensure that Esquires Coffee Houses: • Delivers superior products and services to its customers; • Generates sustainable growth and satisfactory returns to its shareholders; and • Realises its full potential in its chosen markets and stores in the region. The role involves extensive travel between the Middle Eastern countries, however you will have autonomy and flexibility in the way you structure your work. Working closely in collaboration with our country franchisee holders, store management and teams to support them in the delivery of organisational and Company goals is core to the role. As you will be a key member of our Middle Eastern team you will be expected to contribute significantly to the on-going growth and profitability of the business. Cooks Global Foods is an integrated food and beverage retail and supply group founded on leveraging New Zealand’s reputation for fresh and quality foods globally. CGF owns the intellectual property and master franchising rights to Esquires Coffee Houses worldwide - excluding Canada, New Zealand and Australia - acquired in April 2013. The company also owns a number of retail and wholesale companies in related industries. The concept of Cooks Global Foods is based on owning the international intellectual property rights to Esquires Coffee Houses. In addition the company has acquired the master franchise rights for UK and Ireland and as well as franchises in the Middle East and China and the rights to many other countries.
