Our client is a well-established and progressive business in Dubai and we are seeking for an Emirati Head of HR to lead one of their business line. The main responsibilities are to maintain comprehensive approach to optimizing human capital, enabling the organization to drive short term and long term results by building culture, engagement, capability and capacity through integrated talent acquisition, employee recognition activities and programs. Job responsibilities: - Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of organizational development programs, policies, and procedures - Administer activities in the performance management system to include; processes, users, completions reports, analysis reports, training, and all other cyclical activities - Support activities focused on performance management, change management, as well as employee recognition - Complete performance management analyses and provide coaching - Coordinate the organization’s employee onboarding program - Design and develop training that meet the organization’s identified training needs - Deploy and administer employee engagement surveys on an annual and quarterly basis and follow-up on relevant action plans - Continually leverage employee opinion surveys and other organizational data to improve development and growth - Review all relevant cultural drivers on an annual basis - Understand, leverage & institutionalize systems to drive organizational effectiveness - Develop programs and processes that promote and embed organizational values - Develop & deploy a highly effective job grading system across all departments & divisions Requirements - UAE National - Excellent English and Arabic communication skills - College degree from a 4 year accredited college - Operational experience and P & L responsibilities a big plus - Proven ability to complete large strategic projects on time Mark Williams is a Dubai recruitment company with a wealth of Search & Selection experience.
