Oracle RightNow - Techno Functional Consultant: • Hands on experience in Oracle Service Cloud (Oracle RightNow ) • Should possess 70% Technical & 30% Functional working knowledge • Exposure on Cloud Services, PHP, Dot Net etc. • Experienced in scripting using JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, AJAX, CSS, HTML • Design and code implementation based on client’s requirements • Experienced in training Oracle RightNow CRM and Customer Portal to various teams Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in Oracle RightNow, Service Cloud, CX, CRM Hands on experience in Oracle Service Cloud (Oracle RightNow ) • Should possess 70% Technical & 30% Functional working knowledge • Exposure on Cloud Services, PHP, Dot Net etc. • Experienced in scripting using JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, AJAX, CSS, HTML • Design and code implementation based on client’s requirements • Experienced in training Oracle RightNow CRM and Customer Portal to various teams Backed by strong industry credentials, we have been successful in providing our valued clients with appropriate candidates for their ongoing requirements.
