To support this growth, our client; the public works authority; has created a number of senior management expatriate postings for urgent commencement. With long term prospects providing stability and career development, our employer is looking to recruit a Risk Management Lead who is a specialist in Enterprise Risk Management to implement the ERM Practises in the organization including Strategic Risk, Program Risk and Operational Risk Management. The scope of this role comprises: • Development, implementation and the management of the Enterprise Risk Management framework. • Overall facilitation on the Enterprise Risk Management process and provision of risk management delivery support. • Development and maintenance of the risk governance arrangements, including governance documentation and risk tolerance and appetite approach. Working as part of the Risk Management team, your responsibilities in the role will include: • Review and refine the Risk Management Framework, Methods and Best Practices integrated with the firm’s Strategy Management methodology. • Coordinate and facilitate implementation of the firm’s corporate risk management strategy and framework. • Manage and facilitate risk management reviews. • Manage and facilitate the analysis, evaluation and assessment of risks. • Manage and facilitate the review of risk treatment implementation in the firm. • Assists in the development of risk analysis capacity and capability within the organisation. • Assist in the production of timely high quality risk monitoring reports for the operational management team and senior management executive team. • Collaborate with business units in the production of risk registers for their relevant areas. • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other individuals across the firm in order to monitor and support development of the corporate risk management strategy and framework. • Collaborate with Internal Audit in further advancing and integrating risk management practices into the business. • Contribute to the development of quarterly reports for executive, audit and board committees. • Manage internal relationships with the functional business areas. Essential attributes include: • Bachelor or Master Degree from a recognized institution (business/engineering) • 7-10 years of experience in risk management services (enterprise risk management, internal audit) • Deep knowledge and experience of the ISO31000: Risk Management methodology and processes • Substantial knowledge and experience of latest best practices of Balanced Scorecard Methodology and processes • Strong communication skills, the ability to develop and manage relationships, along with a good understanding of risk management practices will be essential. • Must be able to critically evaluate business problems/requirements and translate into analytical exercises • Ability to adapt to constantly changing requirements, and to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities • The candidate will be expected to be multi-skilled, capable of multi-tasking and taking the initiative in delivering team outcomes. • Fluency in written and spoken English - Arabic speaker preferred • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills An expatriate package and relocation assistance will be provided to attract the top candidates to the role.
