Job purpose • Assist IT Systems Manager in the implementation and operations of the core IT systems including Customer Activation System (CAS), mobile Sales (mSales), Commission Engine, CRM & Billing, ERP, API Proxy and Middleware • Responsible for the operation and support of the core IT systems • Support BI/Integration Analyst in integration requirements • Manage and document releases Key accountabilities • Availability and responsiveness of the core IT systems • Documentation of the operational procedures of the systems • Vendor relationship including development, support and maintenance Frameworks, boundaries and decision-making authority • Reporting to IT Systems Manager • Weekly alignment session with line manager Measurement criteria • Delivery of reliable systems functionalities on time, and within budget • Robust operations and maintenance of core IT systems and services Education • Bachelor or Masters degree in telecommunications or IT degree with Telecom Experi-ence. • Additional training courses and seminars is a plus • Business studies would be welcomed • Scrum training/certification is a plus Professional qualification • At least five years of technical experience working with ERP, CRM, Activation systems, and/or similar enterprise applications, and relational databases. • Track record of successful management of the implementation of enterprise systems • Knowledge of mobile network technologies. • Work in an Agile development environment that enforces Scrum methodology is a plus • SQL query knowledge • Java programming experience is a plus. • Integration Services and API experience. • Experience in managing supplier relationships • .NET programming experience. • PMP/Prince2 is a plus Other skills • Possess a strong performance and results orientation • Able to apply high level analytical and creative problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and analysis skills • Creative, flexible, resilient and fun to work with • Possess a strong performance and results orientation • Fluent in English • Procedure documentation • Transforming business requirements into technical requirements We started out as 3 young ambitious guys frustrated with the small fish, big pond and battery farm approach to recruitment and resourcing.
