Job purpose
• Oversee implementation and operation of front-end services such as App, Website, Web Self-care and eCommerce
• Oversee implementation and operation of core IT systems including Customer Activation System (CAS), mobile Sales (mSales), Commission engine, Provisioning system, CRM & Billing, ERP, API Proxy and middleware
• Oversee integration and operation of external services like payment gateway, bank in-tegrations, handset settings, Value Added Services and customer ID validation
• Oversee implementation and operation of Data Warehouse, BI solution and the creation of reporting and KPI dashboards for sales, marketing, finance etc.
• Manage tasks and agile sprints for implementation based on company priority.
• Oversee vendor relations for the IT systems
Key accountabilities
• Delivery of the implementations including agile sprints in a timely manner
• QA and roll-back in case of delivery rejections
• Availability and responsiveness of the front- and back-end IT systems
• Reliable customer activations
• Staff management and conflict resolution.
• Vendor management

• Reporting to Technical Director
• Weekly alignment session with line manager
Measurement criteria
• Delivery of reliable systems functionalities on time, and within budget
• Robust operations and maintenance of all IT systems and services Education
• Bachelor or Masters degree in telecommunications or IT degree with experience in Tel-ecoms
• Project Management Training (PMP/Agile/Prince2/Scrum)
• Additional training courses and seminars is a plus
• Business studies would be welcomed
Professional qualification
• At least 7 years of combined technical experience working with Value Added Serves, Mobile Telecommunication Environment, Web applications, enterprise applications, ecommerce solutions, BI systems and relational databases.
• At least two year of experience must have been in a management or supervisory capaci-ty demonstrating the ability to perform effective supervision of systems and people
• Track record of successful management of the implementation of projects in telecom environments within a fixed time frame
• Knowledge of mobile app eco-systems including iOS and Android application design
• SQL query knowledge is a plus
• XML programming experience is a plus.
• Integration Services and API experience.
• Ability to plan, co-ordinate and prioritize activities
• Experience in managing supplier relationships
• .NET programming experience is a plus
• PMP/Prince2 certificate is a plus
• Graphic design experience is a plus
