My Cosmetics Client in Luxury is looking for a PR Executive under the responsibility of the Regional Communication Manager in charge of communication for the Middle East Region. The PR Executive will support the Communication team in achieving maximum buzz and PR exposure for the brand using different forms of media and communication. Missions and Activities - Supporting in executing PR plan efficiently & effectively - Building and maintaining proper relation with the press on a local and regional level through: - Day to day media relations and responding to all media-related inquiries promptly - Regular media visits - Update media list per country regularly - Seeking editorial opportunities and securing coverage for the brand on a regular basis - Develop, put together the press kits and ensure they are dispatched as expected and on time. - Media follow-ups after each announcement shared with the media - Monitoring the media and tracking coverage daily including newspapers, magazines, online, newswires and blogs and broadcasts - Preparing reports and keeping track of all press related activities and analyze the results, estimation and the success of the PR Plan - Working closely with mediawatch to ensure reports are delivered accurately - Create, plan, organize press events, special events, interviews, awareness campaign and promotional events and follow-up with the press. - Seek and develop opportunities for enhanced exposure of the client/brand’s image - Writing press releases; features and editorials in English & Arabic - Supporting the marketing department with write-ups in English and Arabic - Preparing monthly media coverage report, monitor and analyze industry news - Education: University Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations or Advertising - Experience: 2- 3 years of relevant experience in the field of PR (preferably in the beauty & fashion industry) - Linguistic Skills: Excellent level of English and Arabic (written, oral) - Excellent communication and writing skills - Good understanding of Media environment in the region - Existing relationship network with Media - Self Driven, Creative, Copes well with pressure The Adecco Group is the world's leading provider of HR solutions.
