Seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Manager to solely manage and develop a small and niche sales team. You will take ownership of the role and ensure results are delivered, whilst coaching and developing the team. Client Details A leading Manufacturing organization that boasts a Global presence; with offices in 160 countries and more than 40 manufacturing locations. With their expanding operations in the Middle East, you will join a small team who manage and coordinate the Middle Eastern market. Description As Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for; Develop and refine standardized regional procedures for quotations, entering and monitoring orders and interacting with customers on all matters including product selection alternatives, pricing, delivery schedules, inventories, credits, complaints, tech support, distributor /customer contracts etc. Organize the standardization of all processes and policies related to inbound and outbound traffic activities for domestic shipments including the preparation of all necessary documents and the coordination of customer deliveries. Supervise administrative activities associated with the customer care function including, procedures, the maintenance of customer correspondence, purchase orders, shipping and blueprint files, as well as all invoice transactions. Observe applicable procedures regarding controlling rules (audits). Coaching & measuring customer service employee performance. Maintain and develop the right skills/competencies for the employees. Serve as a liaison between customer and internal departments to co-ordinate resolution to customer complaints, concerns, questions, quality issues or enhancement requests. Create and regularly report Key Performance Indicators that measure and evaluate customer service performance.
