Sales Operations Assistant Middle East & Africa Job Location: Dubai Salary: 10,000 to 15,000 AED per cm This is an exciting opportunity to join world Class FMCG organization during its fast growth phase in Middle East & Africa. The Sales operations function is at the heart of the Storck business and presents opportunities to leverage business strengths and create continued collaborative growth through developing, optimizing and maintaining business processes on a multiple stakeholder platform. The job holder will proactively deliver consistent results through knowledge of sales support functions and business links. In this role you will be required to engage, motivate and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales as well as the Respective business partners across Middle East & Africa. The ideal candidate will be Arabic speaking, have a strong analytical background, able to deal with ambiguity coupled with an ability to coordinate well between internal and external stakeholders. Principle Accountabilities Data Processing and Report Management - Actively develop, implement and maintain support systems and improvement (Business intelligence, Sales reporting) that will optimize visibility, efficiency and accuracy of the reporting structure. - Accurately managing and coordinating sales reporting on a periodic basis in coordination with Business Unit Managers, and Business partners across Middle East& Africa. - Secure execution compliance and alignment of in Market sales reporting by effectively liaising with various external Business partners. Supply Chain and Order Process Management - Proactively lead& track order processing for Middle East & Africa while continuously learning to improve processes and cross functional alignment. - Manage shipments across all Business Partners in Middle East &Africa from start to finish. - Continuously review operations processes using lean techniques and support the business to optimize sales procedures by liaising with Manufacturing and Supply Chain in Germany and the local Business Unit Managers. - Strive to improve profitability through creatively identifying cost saving opportunities throughout the supply chain and executing them in alignment with finance and applicable internal stakeholders. - Support in Implementing and tracking KPI measures forvarious work streams and projects. Forecasting and Demand Planning - Leading the Demand Planning process on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in conjunction with respective business partners and Business Unit Managers. - Set up and manage forecasting accuracy KPI’s with business partners in line with their market dynamic and internal business requirements. - Recommend orders based on identified trends and seasonal deviations while proactively reporting changes to all stakeholders. - Continuously improving forecasting planning process to ensure Quality and freshness of Storck product portfolio. Packaging, Artwork and Text Management - Manage Co-Packaging initiatives including volume requirements across business units, agency relationship management and final product distribution. - Own the TMS (Text management system) function trough identifying and coordinating packaging and text requirements as well as legal obligations across Middle East & Africa. - Coordinating seasonal activities between marketing and sales, including activity calendar management and workflow processing. - Uphold clear communication between project management and local marketing team to ensure full alignment with marketing campaigns and projects - Degree or equivalent higher education - Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales, Sales Analyst, Trade Marketing or Operations within an FMCG environment Skills & Key Competencies: - Process Management - Detail Orientated & Results Driven - Perseverance - Analytical & Problem Solving - MS Office & SAP - Learning Agility - Self-motivated & perseverance - Excellent interpersonal relationship skills - Time Management Offshore Recruitment Services specialise in the recruitment of in all aspects of offshore vacancies for all levels of permanent, temporary and contract positions.
