VP Operational Risk Management Reporting to the Risk Director, the role of is responsible for assisting with the implementation and management of Operational risk framework and procedures across all business lines on a global level. The role will be responsible for monitoring and identifying all operational risks, whilst engaging a number of risk techniques in order to quantify and mitigate these risks. Primary Responsibilities: • Working closely with the Risk Director in the monitoring and management of Operational risks on a global level. • Assisting in the implementation of an Operational risk framework across all businesses and departments • Ongoing development of the operational risk infrastructure, policies and procedures • Developing tools to measure, monitor, control and mitigate operational risks throughout the firm • Implementation of a company-wide Risk and Control assessment (RCSA) process • Developing and implementing a significant risks matrix with associated mitigation controls and costs • Analysis of trading/hedging procedures and controls • Developing models for stress tests and scenario analyses around operational risks and controls • Analysis and reporting of KRIs, KCIs and KPIs • Providing input for processes and controls around new products • Candidate will lead the continuous development and implementation of departmental policies, operational risk frameworks and operational risk matrices. • Coordinate reporting, issue identification, monitoring and quality assurance processes • Monitor effectiveness of and adherence to controls and processes • Facilitate implementation of global risk mitigation plans • Assisting in the development and implementation of the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) process Risk Management Oversight • Assisting in the implementation of global risk policies and procedures • Assisting in the management and global reporting of KRIs, KPIs and KCIs Other job duties, as directed.
