Sales Associate - Arabic Speaking - Perfumes & Cosmetics Experience Luxury Cosmetics Client looking for several "Sales Associates" with a background in Perfumes & beauty for a Luxury Multinational. Some of the responsibilities are: - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service - Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features - “Go the extra mile” to drive sales - Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas - Actively seek out customers in store - Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options - Cross sell products - Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service - Build productive trust relationships with customers - Good working knowledge of the perfume & cosmetics industry will be an added advantage - Minimum 2 years experience as a sales representative preferably in the perfume industry. - Mastering Arabic (Gulf dialect). Candidate must be able to speak Arabic and should have Gulf accent. - Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practice - Proficiency in English - Solid communication and interpersonal skills - High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus The Adecco Group is the world's leading provider of HR solutions.
