Norconsulting is seeking for an Account Manager for one of our clients, an IT / Telecoms integration firm. Primary focus is the management and growth of one enterprise account; additional business development responsibilities as time allows. The company has demonstrated exceptional growth and offers a culture that breeds success. Account Managers/Business Developers have strong support from a tenured and talented recruiting team. We are open to seeing candidates with 5+ years of experience in the Telecoms / IT industry and would consider a strong recruiter looking to move into sales. Desired Skills and Experience Requirements: MInimum of 2 years of experience in the IT staffing indusry in a business development, account manager or recruiting role. Proven track record of success in past positions. Excellent communication skills. Stable work history, tenure in past positions. Understanding of technology as it relates to selling staffing services.
