- Implement changes to plant design and operation to achieve sustained improvement in process consistency and product compliance. - Develop concepts, products and solutions by coordinating with sales and marketing management. - Research for new products - Create new recipes based on customer requirement and market basis. - Prepare guideline to approve suppliers and conduct suppliers Audit. - Provide regular project reviews to R&D head. - Ensure correct project management is implemented. - Work closely with QHSE and production. - Coordinate with the site laboratory technicians to support trials and analyze samples. Additional: - Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured product. - Document all phases of research and development. - Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals. - Master in foods science - 3-4 years working experience in the similar role. Skills and Knowledge: - Good Communication and written skill - Analytical skills - Deadline-Oriented - General Arithmetic skills - Presentation skills - Writing project reports - Microsoft office - Knowledge on HACCP and SOP A leading FMCG food manufacturing company.
