HR Assistant - Al Futtaim Group HR - Doha, Qatar As the HR Assistant, you will be responsible for; Maintaining the front desk ensuring it remains a clean in safe condition. You will be required to greet all guests with a professional and friendly manner. You will assist all walk-in guests or staff with their requests and or offer refreshments. When not attending to guests, you will be responsible for the reception phone line while maintaining a cheerful and professional attitude. The successful applicant will ensure the accuracy and maintenance of employee engagement surveys, while maintaining and creating all personnel records for employees. A key role and responsibility of the HR Assistant is to manage and maintain the diary and schedule of the Country Head. To be successful in your application you will hold a High School certificate, with 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Administration or Secretarial certification will be an added advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is a requirement, SAP experience will be an advantage. Finally, you will have strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English, telephonic skills, and the ability to multitask. Arabic is preferred, but not essential.
