A well reputed company in Doha - Qatar required "Outdoor Sales Executives & Project Sales" for:
1. Trading Division (Carpet Tiles / Marbles / Ceramic / Porcelain / Raised Floor ) OR
2. Kitchen & Wardrobes, Furniture & Parquet Divisions OR
3. FIT/OUT (Gypsum, Ceiling, Painting, Wallpapers, Gold leaf, Curtains) OR
4. Food & Beverage Division (Confectionery & Pastry Products).
Responsibilities:
Responsible to achieve and exceed budgeted revenue and profits of the division through efficient management of Team.
• Excellent preparation of products presentation skills as well as delivering good presentation and demonstration to the client and customers.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Identify new opportunities in the market place and propose new business initiatives supported with a justified business plan.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate ordering process in place by way of pre-empting customer/market needs thus avoiding loss of sales for want of stock and dead stock accumulation.
• Provides timely feedback to the management regarding performance.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Executives.
• Ensure proper co-ordination with support staff from sales administration and logistics team.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Requirements
• University degree or similar graduation qualifications.
• 5-7 years of experience in above sales field within :
1. Trading Division (Carpet Tiles / Marbles / Ceramic / Porcelain / Raised Floor ) OR
2. Kitchen & Wardrobes, Furniture & Parquet Divisions OR
3. FIT/OUT (Gypsum, Ceiling, Painting, Wallpapers, Gold leaf, Curtains) OR
4. Food & Beverage Division (Confectionery & Pastry Products).
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management/Dealer Management/Own retail network management.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Strong leadership & team building skills.
• Willingness and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
