Automotive Al-Futtaim is regarded as a pioneer in the region’s automotive industry. The company imported the first consignment of Toyota vehicles to the UAE and established Al-Futtaim Motors in 1955. Al-Futtaim represents 44 automotive brands across 16 countries and encompasses every aspect of the business: * Passenger and commercial vehicles sales * Manufacturing agricultural vehicles * Construction equipment sales and service * Used car sales * Rental and leasing You will be supporting the Head of Marketing on all marketing relevant activities required for company products and services B2B or B2C to achieve company goals and objectives.A  Your responsibilities are: * Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department for each vertical within AFF. This should detail the year's activity to meet agreed company objectives.A  * Developing effective online and offline marketing plan for B2C/B2B product promotional campaigns.A  * Analyse customer purchase behaviour and provide strategic method to reach the selected customer segment in effective and efficient method.A  * Categorizing the customer segments product wise and identifying the best marketing communication approach.A  * Plan and analyse new product development initiatives in the market through online and offline marketing channels.A  * Marketing activities report to management for review and provide recommendations for improvements.A  The successful candidate must have: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing required, MBA in Marketing preferred * Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English (reading, writing and translating skills) * More than four years in senior marketing managerial role within consumer finance or automotive * Advanced skills in Microsoft office Application (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc) * Experience in developing and managing relationships at senior levels * Understanding and knowledge of consumer behavior in the UAE market Established in the 1930's, the Al-Futtaim Group initially operated as a trading enterprise.
