Al-Futtaim Watches &Jewellery, part of the Al-Futtaim group is known for its wide variety of international brands to suit every taste and pocket, ensuring convenience to retail shoppers, wholesalers, and corporate clients. Al-Futtaim Watches &Jewellery includes renowned brands names such as Fossil, Esprit, Raymond Weil, Seiko, Kolber, Westar, Alba, Delma. The range of jewellery products includes a wide variety of pearls under the Minato brand name, plus precious stones set in 18 carat gold and certified loose diamonds from Europe. We are currently looking for a well-experiencedA HR ExecutiveA for Al-Futtaim Watches and Jewellery in Dubai.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing proactive support in all areas of HR operations to employees (circa 800 employees) and Line managers primarily working with hr.connect/Group admin and Business in an effective and efficient manner. You will coordinate with the group talent acquisition team, hiring managers, HR representatives for meeting the recruitment needs of the company (including Emiratisation recruitment). You will assist the business in creating training plans/calendar for each job role and ensuring compliance to training man days are achieved. You will be required to generate various reports for the business such as training man days, manpower costs/ head count/ overtime costs/ contract, labour costs, demographics/ KPI, recruitment report (vs. budget/LE), Emiritization etc.
You will also assist HR Business Partner on Separation process as well as staff accommodation related queries/ tasks.To be considered for this exciting role, you willA need to be graduate in relevant HR Field. You must have demonstrable record of previous Human Resources experience. You must be well versed in Microsoft Office packages including excellent excel skills for analysis and reports with pivots and graphs. Knowledge of SAP HCM would be a plus. You will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to prioritise and plan workload.
