-coordinate with EPCM/EPC and operations counterparts to ensure technical optimization. -In collaboration with the Engineering/ Area Manager, manages the day to day engineering activities within a project area through to handover of all system/facilities. -Reviews and approves technical documents, ensuring technical optimization and the scope of work in correctly detailed to avoid any variations and delays. -Participates in technical evaluation/clarification of packages and highlights any technical issues, improvements, or cost saving Opportunities founded within package to the Engineering/Area manager. -Supports constructions and POV teams in their walk downs and provides technical observations as required. -Participates in facility design reviews, hazards and hazops workshop and quality Assurance/ Quality control activities as required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering ( Civil /Mechanical/ Electrical ) from a recognized institution/University. Minimum Experience: 8 years experience in similar projects. Skills: Sound Technical Knowledge. Experience in management of projects preferable. Effective communication , coordination and interpersonal skills. Strong supervisory, reporting and analytical skills. Strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills. UAE nationals only.
