We are looking for a Project Manager who will be a specialist advisor that represents the client and is responsible for the day-to-day management of one of our projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be expected to manage a team under his direct area of responsibility internally and externally. Key Responsibilities: - Development and understanding of the project brief - Pre-construction planning and development of a delivery strategy - Development of the cost plan and reviews of this at relevant design phases against the project budget - Active Value and Risk management of the project - Procurement options and recommendations - Procurement of the contractor(s) through to completion and handover - Management of the Engineer / Supervision consultant - Degree qualified - Minimum 10 years post degree experience - Middle East experience preferred - People Leadership - Collaboration & Teamwork - Commercial Acumen - Technical Capability & Delivery - Overseeing of, and collaboration with, all project management teams - Good communication skills ARCADIS is the leading global natural and built asset design & consultancy firm working in partnership with our clients to deliver exceptional and sustainable outcomes through the application of design, consultancy, engineering, project and management services.
