Our services include consulting, design and deployment of infrastructure, voice and data solutions, audio-visual solutions and business applications. As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible for leading the team of unified communication Engineers to achieve completion of Projects and Prompt maintenance services within the planned/budgeted time and cost.
You will also be accountable for planning and overseeing the implementation of the Unified communication solutions and data networking solutions in co-ordination with customers, principals, service providers, and business partners to ensure implementation meets the best practice.
Other key accountabilities for this role include: ensuring the committed time lines are met for the projects at customer sites within the agreed scope, cost and quality; ensuring all project deliverables are tracked and communicated as per stakeholder's requirements; provide training to customers on system usage.You are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Telecom / IT/ computer science with minimum 10+ years of experience in Converged Enterprise Network Design, Implementation and Support and minimum 2 years of experience in project management and delivery.
Highest level of certifications from Alcatel Lucent / Avaya / cisco and Project Management would be advantageous.
Prior experience in Installing, configuring and maintaining enterprise level network hardware and application is a must.
You must be fluent in English / Arabic, have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
