Our client is a Leading Inspection and Certification company worldwide, who are looking to hire a Head of Manpower to be based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Job Responsibilities: To Lead and manage the Manpower / Technical staffing division; To supervise the resources and manager human capital allocation; Project Manpower planning; Evaluation of the candidates; Selection of the candidates; Safety plan and HSE; Manage quality control, assurance and Disputes; Client liaison Mobilization / Demobilization Minimum of 10 years experience in the Inspection industry is mandatory. At least 5 years in leading / supervising a team / managing clients. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Experience in similar Inspection services company will be given preference.
