Job Purpose To plan, organize, control and implement effective Credit approval/administration policies, procedures and processes that enable analysis, documentations, disbursement and maintenance of retail assets, liabilities and investment products. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Team Management • Overall management of the internal teams of Lending Services including resource planning and productivity tracking. • Ensure the staff discipline and professional behaviour is maintained. Process development & Reviews • Develop process for all the tasks carried out by the unit related to loan / CASA documentation, approval, disbursal and Maintenances. • Identify all the gaps in the processes periodically and publish revised the SOPs time to time. Management of Security documents and instruments • Ensure all the documents handled by the unit are archived and moved in secured and confidential manner. • All the instruments handled by the unit should be controlled and stored safely. Operational Risk • Identify all the risks pertain to the tasks carried out by the unit and monitor those items periodically. • Ensure all the control measures like access rights, authority delegations, reconciliations and verifications are in place and practiced without fail. People Collaboration • A trained and motivated team, who can perform all the assigned tasks efficiently. Systems and Applications • Should be well versed with all the banking systems and applications used for carrying out the day to day activities. • Ensure all the required systems, applications and access rights are available to the team members for them to the carry out the tasks assigned smoothly. • Explore & contribute to system enhancements for embracing new & revisions for product implementations Minimum Education Level: Graduates/ Masters Professional Qualification: A degree in Finance is preferable.
