Successfully plan and implement the Visual Merchandising strategy & guidelines in the region in accordance with global guidelines. Implement the standards of Bobbi Brown visual merchandising and ensure the brand image is upheld as per the brand guidelines. Visual Merchandising - 40% • Create and distribute merchandising guidelines to the markets for Spring 16 & Fall 17. • Ensure the renewal of VM equipment in existing stores including lightbox visuals, seasonal tester units, main unit updates & price inserts. • Preparation of merchandising dossiers for all launches and activities (lightbox visuals, seasonal tester units, main unit updates & price inserts) including respective codes. • Preparation of photo-reports of launches, promo activities and counter openings. • Monitor, track & coordinate VM collaterals items. Further develop and maintain the VM master data updating it • Look for new ways of improving in-store product communication by collating feedback from stores & looking at competitors. • Collaborate with marketing team and store design team to create VM recommendation for new doors opening. • Follow-up on VM requirements for new doors opening with regional team, local supplier & distributor. In-store/Display /Events Support - 30% • Help in organizing in-store activities including consumer events, specific promotion and new store opening support. • Assist the marketing executive for the production, implementation and execution of all visual merchandising materials in all stores to support monthly focuses and to meet deadline. • Communicate and supervise effective and impactful photography of all promotions and merchandising updates. • Conduct weekly, monthly store visits to ensure high visual standards. Ensure that the marketing focus is executed accurately in all stores. • Ensure that all VM assets (light boxes, seasonal tester unit, windows etc…) are implemented accurately in all stores & on time Customer Relations/Service - 15% • Support marketing executive on day to day enquiries related to VM. • Ensure clear and concise communication across all projects. • Communicate new and changes on VM standards to the team and distributor. Reports/Administration - 10% • Complete and compile store visit checklist and report any discrepancies/deviations from VM standard to the line manager for review and action. • Catalogue typed of counter, tools and collateral with their respective codes as a reference for office and store teams • Report key learning to the VM teams and share it to all employees. • Compile monthly analysis of VM activity, to identify successes and plan future activity. Other - 5% • Performs other duties as directed in line with role and brand strategy. • Regular market visit to UAE doors to evaluate and work on the VM improvement - 1 - 3 years relevant Visual Merchandising experience OR Brand / Marketing Assistant experience - Education Degree or Equivalent - Strong in computer application excel, outlook, PowerPoint etc... - SAP experience advantageous The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and marketers of quality skin care, makeup, fragrance and hair care products.
