It is the responsibility of theA Facilities, Maintenance and Equipment Supervisor to understand facility requirements andA internal customer needs as they apply to all Business Units, alongisde providing aA cost effective approach and solutions to enhance Business Operations. Convey ideas or thoughts regarding facility improvements that may have been overlooked and should be considered.To be considered for this role you will ideally be ISO Certified (Home buildingA and Property AwarenessA (CertifiedA 2008-2009), Construction Management AwarenessA and TerminologyA (Certified 2008-2009), Building Terminology (Certified 2008-2009) and will have a minimum ofA 5 years in a similar role.
It is essential that you have a complete understanding of construction methodologies and techniques, materials, labour costs, scheduling, coordination & supervision of construction, equipment and facility related processes from design phase to final delivery.
