We are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Administrator to work within Al-Futtaim Motors.A  This role will report into the Corporate Operation Manager and will be based from Al-Futtaim Motors Head Office in Dubai.A  The Corporate Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting various areas within the Corporate Sales team and will regularly liaise with other departments such as Demand and Supply, Distribution, Pricing, Product and Logistics. The incumbent will ensure discount prices are updated daily in SAP and will conduct the follow up with authorised departments for price approval.A  The Corporate Sales Administrator will prepare reports for both audit and team requirements including regular sales analysis reports and will ensure that any sales related issues are collected in the CRM and SAP system in preparation for departmental meetings to discuss resolution and improvement of process.A  In addition the position holder will prepare for the Stock and Sales Order Plan through liaising with supervisors and identifying required orders for the future.A You will ideally hold a Bachelors Degree and will have a minimum of 3 years work experience in an analyst or operations role.A  Experience within the automotive industry and business management are advantageous along withA an understanding of sales procedures.A  You will also have working knowledge of SAP, CRM and MS Excel. You will have an analytical mind with the ability to work under pressure.A  You will have a proactive approach to problem identification, resolution and best practice implementation and will be able to work with numerous departments in order to reach company objectives.
