NTS Group are currently working with a leading construction company in the region who due to continued growth, are now seeking a Sales & Marketing Head to be based between their Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. The role will be responsible for strategizing marketing, sales, operations and special programs to ensure the achievement of respective sales targets and business plans. You will provide leadership and coordination of company Marketing and Sales functions, develop & implement Marketing and Sales strategies, objectives and plans as well as maintain, manage, develop and motivate the sales force and other personnel capabilities to deliver the sales growth and market expansion to achieve targets. This pivotal role will be involved in managing, monitoring and analysing Marketing and Sales activities against set goals as well as directing and coordinate company marketing and sales functions through development of strategy, tactics, marketing plans, sales plans and profit targets. You will act as an ambassador and role model for the brand taking responsibility for profit and loss by increasing market share in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities. You will develop and manage Marketing and Sales budgets, as well as oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets and enhance the reputation and relationship of the company with key corporate clients / accounts in order to further the division’s business interests. The role will be heavily involved in developing marketing plans, Marketing & Communication Materials, Sales Forecasting, Sales Plans, Sales Operations, New Project Development and Business Plans. To be considered, it is essential you have at least 10+ years’ experience within a senior sales and marketing role within the building materials industry, with a degree (or equivalent) ideally within Business Management or Marketing. A proven track record in managing large teams as well as significantly growing and developing successful sales teams is also essential. For this role, our client would prefer a male candidate, ideally with previous Multi National and Multi-cultural sales and marketing managerial experience with strong influential and persuasion skills.
