- Personal assistance to CEO & Corporate Secretarial Assistance - Fixing appointments & Itinerary - Hotel and Airlines Arrangements - Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives; - File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports; - Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email; - Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work; - Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet. - Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution - Education: Any graduate or post graduate - Years of experience: more than 5 years in any Industry - Experience: Secretarial - Languages required: English & Arabic/French Etc . - Specific skill set: Communication, presentable, secretarial, Confidentiality Offshore Recruitment Services specialise in the recruitment of in all aspects of offshore vacancies for all levels of permanent, temporary and contract positions.
