A leading semi-government client is currently recruiting a Payroll Specialist to join their business on a permanent basis at headquarters in Dubai. The purpose of this role is to provide support to the business in the field of compensation, benefits & payroll administration as well as to assist the HR Manager - Compensation & Benefits to deliver team objectives. This is a hands on role within the Compensation and Benefits team. Applications are sought from those with 10 years of experience in payroll management and administration. You will be proficient in payroll software ideally Oracle. You will also have a good understanding of Compensation & Benefits schemes. A Degree in Human Resources and/or relevant Compensations and Benefits qualifications are essential. You will also need an excellent understanding of UAE Labour Law and have an excellent command of written and spoken English. A leading recruitment agency in UAE.
