Our client is an international company within Luxury sector, they are currently looking to hire a Marketing Manager/ Director to be based in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
As Marketing Manager/ Director, your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
• Promoting the brand and ensure adherence to brand values throughout the organization
• Maintaining competitive watch on com, PR, VIP-CRM and visual merchandising matters
• Formulating and implementing communication and PR strategy, including campaigns and events
• Developing and coordinating creative briefs for all media and PR material (photo shoots, print, digital, etc.)
• Coordinating product launches with sales force to increase sales-push
• Managing operational marketing and improve sales channel animation
• Developing and managing third-party relations for media, events, VIP and operational marketing Qualifications and requirements:
• Must have a degree in Business Administration, Sales , Marketing or related subjects
• With minimum of 10 years professional experience in Marketing, Communications and PR works, preferably 4 of which is within jewelry industry
• Excellent knowledge in consumer media and publicity techniques, preferably in Fine Jewelry and Fashion/Luxury sectors, regional and international market knowledge is a plus, industry leading practices
• Must have creative/innovate/hands-on with an affinity for aesthetics, communication & PR skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills, presentation skills, writing skills We recruit the very best talent for middle management positions across a range of functions and sectors.
