1. Handle all the Tickets w.r.t Desktop / Laptops / Printers /. 2. Handle all the escalated tickets from the engineer / domain owners 3. Create Knowledge base and update central data pool. 4. Work on the tickets and resolve them with the right technical resources 5. Train and mentor L1 engineers to resolve tickets to save SLA failures. 6. Co-ordinate and implement change Requests 7. Installation & troubleshooting of critical applications and create AIGs or Update for any inconsistency. 8. Update Customer post implementations and obtain user confirmation. 9. Update IT Access and Help Desk immediately after every call. 10. Root Cause Analysis for repeat calls. 11. Self-learning to enhance skills on multiple applications or domains. 1. Transferable Iqama is Required 2. Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in IT Desktop Support / Service Desk roles 3. To Perform L2 Support on below: a. Desktop & Laptops b. Printers c. Operating Systems 4. Ability to Configures and deploys desktop environments in accordance with the agreed standard configuration to authorized users. 5. Basic network support knowledge. 6. Basic Knowledge on OS Imaging / Cloning. 7. Basic Knowledge on the IT Security Software’s. 8. Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7 desktop operating systems 9. Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010 software 10. Office productivity plugins such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash Player, and Java 11.
