An exciting opportunity is opened for an experienced Sales Account Manager to sell and manage clients for the maintenance support contracts vertical of Al Futtaim Technologies.A You willA be responsible to sell, renew & payment collections of annual maintenance contracts / SLA for various new & exiting customersA for voice & data solutions including value added applications like unified messaging based on Alcatel- Lucent / Avaya / Cisco / Genesys product portfolio. Sale of new AMCs & renewal of current & due AMC / SLA for voice, data & applications on or before deadlines. The fulfillment of sales revenue target and market shares in theA assigned region. Establish new, and maintain existing, relationships with customers. Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business. Generate and maintain credible sales forecast for accounts and provide this information on regular basis to management. Achieve forecasted revenue targets and customer billings month on month. Administer sales process and maximize profit opportunity. Generate leads through systematic prospecting; formulating proposals, following-up effectively and closing sales efficiently.

You should have minimumA 7+ years sales experience in handling annual maintenance contracts for voice & data solutions including value added applications like unified messaging based on Alcatel- Lucent / Avaya / Cisco / Genesys product portfolio. Sales certification of Cisco, Avaya or Alcatel Lucent will be a plus. Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset.
Along with previous experience you must have a strong work ethic, competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit.A Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communicationA skills. Good account management / mapping skills. An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner are required.
