The role would be an initial contract with the potential for the role to go permanent. The main responsibilities of the role are: * Produce month end accounts payable figures for the purpose of reporting * Weekly review of all expense ledgers * Review all bank reconciliations and petty cash reconciliation * Review Staff Expenses * Review of all invoices and AP journals * Prepare invoices and upload journals * Assist Financial Director and Financial Accountants as required. Must have worked in a similar role within Accounts Payable in a financial services business Possessing a very good knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles A-levels/Degree level Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet frequent and conflicting deadlines An ability to build strong relationships with customers by maintaining good communication links in order to ensure that queries/requests are handled effectively and promptly Strong excel skills Robert Walters is one of the world's largest specialist professional recruitment consultancies with 53 offices spanning 24 countries.
