Regional Sales Manager – MENA (UAE Based Candidates Only) ARB Corporation is a publicly listed company whose core business is the design, manufacturing, marketing, sales and distribution of aftermarket accessories for 4x4 vehicles. The purpose of this Regional Sales Manager role is strategic in nature an requires development of the existing customer base as well as increase the presence of the business in the MENA Region by driving the growth of the business with direct accountability for the customer, partner and distributor relationship ARB Corporation is a Melbourne, Australia based company. ARB Corporation’s core business is design, manufacturing, marketing, sales & distribution of aftermarket accessories for 4x4 wagon and pick-up vehicles. ARB’S core products include: This organization is well established internationally and are looking to increase there presence across the MENA region. Based in the UAE, the successfully candidate will develop and manage overall sales in the MENA Region in achieving order volume and profitability objectives. This person is responsible for the development and management of all distribution channels in the assigned territory and market of all related product lines. Responsibilities will include; - Continuously work to develop new and existing opportunities for the aftermarket accessories for 4x4 vehicles product line in order to achieve sales objectives. - Increase market share by managing network of Distributors by evaluating their effectiveness to sell and market the product range sales achievement. - Identify and appoint new distributors across the Automotive aftermarket sector. Taking appropriate steps to professionally manage a performance improvement plan for under performing Distributors. Provide support to Distributors through customer calls, product training, and Distributors marketing initiatives ensuring they are in keeping with the branding strategy. - Assuming primary responsibility this individual will support the Head of International Operations in this leading aftermarket accessories for 4x4 vehicles business with the delivery of the product lines from development to sales, with the focused goal of bringing products to market followed by growing the business. - Management of remote sales office which will include contract renewals, cash flow management and office services. - Educated to Degree level in a business related subject or engineering. - Applicants must have at least 10 years of sales experience with at least 4 years in the MENA a relevant sales role focused ideally on selling aftermarket vehicle products. Relevant experience with a lifestyle or sporting equipment branded product will also be well regarded. - Experience with business expansion with bottom line and top line growth from a Greenfield set up. - Track record and demonstrable ability to operate with a remote support structure whilst managing and building an effective sales team . - Must be passionate and motivated by the industry and have excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
