The individual for this role will love everything about HR (both the good and the ugly) and have a flair for fashion. This position requires someone with experience leading an HR team in a fast-paced environment. Landmark International has almost 700 employees in the UAE and on any given day, the Senior HR Manager will have to dive in to take ownership for the following tasks: - Recruitment and selection - Employee relations - Compensation and benefits administration - HR information systems and reporting - Organizational development - HR Policies and Procedures - Manpower and Succession Planning - Performance management - UAE labor law - Coaching and mentoring line management - Business partnering senior managers in Head Office and other GCC Countries (including travel to these countries) as well as Landmark Group Corporate HR This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer of Landmark International Fashion Franchise brands for the Middle East. The office is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. • Leadership experience in Retail HR is a must for this role. Applicants with no retail HR experience will be declined. • A strong preference will be given to applicants with UAE experience or those willing to travel across the GCC. • Business English is the medium of communication at Landmark International so a high degree of literacy is required for this role.
