Aquila Consulting are working in partnership with a System Integrator operating throughout the MENA region . Due to expansion and increased opportunity throughout the region, they have an opening for a Sales Operations Manager specialising in Network Systems Integration/Network Security to be based in Abu Dhabi. Our client is recruiting for growth and expansion and as such can offer excellent career progression. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: - Establishing contact with clients by meeting face to face, following up on leads, and utilizing current marketing strategies. - Manage a Sales Team and leading by example - Full Profit and Loss responsibility for the Division - Managing and developing relationships with manufacturers across the region - Managing and developing current accounts and cross selling into other business functions including ELV/Security Solutions and Power - Determining customer needs and developing a sales strategy to gain an understanding of product solutions. - Develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, and perform necessary follow-ups for successful closing of the sale. - Arrange for and/or coordinate delivery and installation. - Investigate and resolve customer problems in regard to delivery dates, billings and financing. - Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of increased sales volume. - Participate at trade shows, special product demonstrations, and other events with the objective of increasing sales and enhancing the Company's image. - Provide feedback to marketing regarding new product/services opportunities. - Must be degree qualified. - Able to lead change and process improvements in a dynamic environment. - Will have a proven track record of closing sales in the Network Systems Integration/Integrated Infrastructure sectors in the UAE. - Ability to build strong teams and cultivate teamwork. - Keen organizational awareness and commitment to developing people. - Effective Coaching and conflict resolution skills. - Strong work ethic, commitment, sense of accountability, integrity and urgency Aquila Consulting Recruitment Solutions Beyond Boundaries At Aquila Consulting we believe in exceptional, result-orientated, professional services for our clients and job seekers alike.
