The leading regional conglomerate in the UAE is looking for Compensation & Benefits Manager with the consultancy experience. The role would involve working closely with the Director - Compensation & Benefits and ensure the implementation of all Remuneration, Reward planning initiatives including performance management, HR systems, and policies through review of policies, procedures, practices and programs for effective and efficient reward management Key requirements: * Min 5-7 years of solid C&B experience * Graduate in Human Resources Management * Excellent knowledge of Compensation and Benefits methodology and techniques. * Awareness of International markets (GCC and ME) * Hay/Mercer methodologies or as appropriate * Experience working for big conglomerates, regional organizations * Arabic would be an advantage Key skills: * Analytical & Numerical skills, Attention to detail and * Quality, Negotiation skills, Excellent Communication Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
