Main Responsibilities
? Respond to client enquiries and prepare quotations as per the guidelines of the Asst. Manager.
? Update services offered by carriers, Including sailing schedules, Tariff rate enquiries, or any other services as required.
? Corresponding with overseas agents for import Sea r freight enquiries
? Follow up with clients on their regular Import/Export shipments
? Communicating with client for co-ordination, and all requests towards business.
? Maintain A organized filing system for all documents relevant to handling of the client’s enquiries, quotations, and as per Management requirements.
? Proactively participate in the development of Sales, the CS department and company.
Accountabilities
? Send enquiries to overseas agents & quote clients.
? Maintain Tariffs & Schedules with Local & Overseas Agents & Pre Alerts and Arrival Schedules & follow up as needed.
? Check on payments & sending statements to clients.
Co–ordinate with Sales and Operations staff Qualifications
Mandatory requirements
? 2 Years experience in Sales Co-Ordination
? Fluent in English
? Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
