Interrelations Reporting to the Sales Manager Main responsibilities • To identify the company strength & utilize it to target Clients. • To service & retain existing Clients. Accountabilities The Position will be measure against: • Quoting Clients based on their inquiries • Updating the Sales Manager of the current trends and competition activity. • Creating a rapport with local as well as overseas agents, in order gain better rates and services. • Obtaining sales leads from my seniors and fellow colleagues. • Sales pre planning for the coming week. • Weekly highlights on prospective clients as well as secured businesses. • Co-ordination with operation and accounts departments for smooth running of shipments. • Monitoring outstanding and credit with clients within agreed terms. • Meeting regularly existing Clients & new prospective clients. Qualifications Mandatory requirements ? Experience in Freight & Logistic Sales. ? Fluent English ? Excellent computer skills for Microsoft Office ? Strong knowledge of internet functionalities Qualifications Mandatory requirements ? 2 Years experience in Sales Co-Ordination ? Fluent in English ? Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office ?
