The SCADA engineer will be responsible for taking the key liaison role with the client, PMC and contractors in relation to SCADA. He shall be responsible for reviewing contractor submittals, shop drawings and material submittals in accordance with the contract, and should be sufficiently competent to resolve RFIS with minimum support. Once construction is in process, he shall be responsible for site inspections and specific overseeing of this element of work over the PRPS sites, reporting to the responsible Resident Engineers.. Qualifications : B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering Experience : 10 years in increasingly responsible positions The experience shall include at least 8 years in the field of Electronics and Instrumentation works related to reservoirs & water supply engineering projects. Past experience shall include successfully completing a previous position as Instrumentation & Controls Engineer on a Project of similar nature and scope of work. Must be fully conversant with the installation of DCS systems.
