On behalf of our client - an international financial institution, we are looking for a UAE National Administrator. The ideal candidate will be an Emirati with strong Engilsh and experience in handling administrative tasks and assisting the department. Responsibilities: • Record accurate data and update existing data on policies and policy holders • Ensure policy maintenance throughout the duration of the policy by processing incoming requests, terminations, transfers, policy benefit changes and card printing • Ensure customer inquiries are taken care of and being followed up through service desk, direct interaction with customers, emails and hard copies • Responsible for the billing cycle, set up, periodically or ad hoc for all pending documentations • Responsible for adjusting the billing of new enrolments, transfers and deletions • Ensure the quality standards are met for all the related transactions • Understand and adhere to all Compliance requirements, including but not limited to, reporting of suspicious transactions, screening requirements, as applicable, and the retention of Company records; plus provide timely support and unrestricted access to information as well as attend all training requests from Compliance. Required: • UAE National with 2 years of administration experience ideal • Strong administration skills • Strong communication skills written and spoken Competencies: • Ability to communicate with clarity, logic and confidence, both verbally and written. • Promotes customer centricity and ensures focus on creating great customer experiences to achieve competitive advantage • Good Time management and attention to detail • Process oriented Mark Williams is a Dubai recruitment company with a wealth of Search & Selection experience.
