Plan, organize and control activities related to transportation Manage the fleet and allocated budgets (if applicable) Maintain relationship with the insurance company and follow claims Maintain contact with relevant authorities Traffic and suppliers Obtain license copies of all employees with vehicle entitlement Follow due dates for renewal of licenses, permits, etc. and reports to supervisors/managers to initiate appropriate action Ensure the vehicle registration activities are adhered to Negotiate with spare parts and auto suppliers Process new requests and terminations Find optimal solutions for transport and communicate solutions to the supervisor Anticipate the probe to troubleshoot any problems, properly plan contingencies Make progress reports and expenditure forecasting. Analyze current operations and offer opportunities for improvement Assist in the planning of other operational initiatives Resolves issues according to Asry Motor Vehicle Usage Guideline policies; escalates non-routine issues. Work with suppliers regarding repair authorizations on fleet vehicles and reconciles vendor invoices. Inputs vehicle maintenance data into database. Responsible for vehicle license renewals. Communicates service compliance, vehicle recalls, and personal mileage information to drivers of Company vehicles. Generates accounting and cost reports including monthly mileage etc. Pulls reports from the Fleet Maintenance system and provides formatted data to Superior. Performs basic analysis of data including assembling metrics reports and process compliance information. Notifies driver/user department of vehicle repair status. Ensure that Asry Motor Vehicle Guidelines are followed. Perform any other task/duty requested by superior.
