Provide support and assistance to the head of the department to achieve management objectives and office. Responsible towards the Head of Studies and Planning Department Duties and Responsibilities • Do work studies and analyzes of advanced planning of projects and tasks assigned by the head of the department and to provide related consulting with minimal supervision department head. • Collecting and analyzing data and information needed for the study of projects efficiently and effectively. • Preparation of reports and presentations, including analytical recommendations and submit them to the department head for review and take appropriate decisions. • Adherence to standards, policies and procedures set by the management on the implementation of the tasks entrusted to him. • For head of the department and the administration on the information obtained or prepared by first hand to help in the development process and make good decisions. • Understanding of the objectives of the project management and work on the data and information needed for study and analysis and develop the most appropriate plans for its implementation and coordination of the project with the sponsoring agencies collect if necessary. • Reporting about the meetings that take place with the sponsors of those projects with the public perception of the mechanisms of implementation of the project. • Preparation of plans and perceptions on the implementation of projects and taking into account the time factor management efficiently and effectively. • Plan and study the optimal way to manage the projects and their implementation, reporting and budgeting them. • Raising the perceptions of project risk analysis, monitoring and management. • Reporting and clear completed and recommendations on the projects which are analyzed and studied for the head of the department first hand and without delay. • Continuous coordination with the project manager and coordinator of the project to ensure compatibility with future plans of the current working pressure levels. • The use of the most appropriate programs to study and analyze and project planning. • Any other duties assigned to him within the nature of his work. Performance standards • The ability to study the projects and analyze and summarize and make recommendations on them. • Ability to proper planning and guidance. • The consistency of recommendations and suggestions with the orientations of the administration. • Appropriate reports for decision-making and the ability to provide reliable and unrealized sources for that data. • Commitment to lift the correct reports and completed in a timely manner. Qualifications and experience required • University degree in political science or economics from a recognized university. • Experience of not less than 5 years in the field of analysis and project management, preferably in major companies, including three years in the planning and management of major projects. • Ability to work independently and do not need constant direct supervision.
