Job Purpose:
To develop, plan and drive the implementation of the Company’s strategy through the Management team and the regional organization. To meet or exceed Company growth, profitability and goals in the Middle East in alignment with our strategy to accelerate profitable growth.
Key Deliverables:
• Defines and implements the sales, marketing, manufacturing, technical, and technical support organization.
• Define strategies, develops the business, serving customers, motivating and leading employees.
• Directs, motivates, coaches and develops teams and individuals across the organization to ensure an engaged organization.
• Supports and directs the development of the business in ME countries and identifies and develops opportunities for additional business.
• Ensures the realization of the annual plans, budgets and KPI’s.
• Monitors AC and PMC sales, progress in project and distribution segments, using statistical information and takes actions necessary to correct variances and exploits successes.
• Continuously seeks the lowest cost solution.
• Monitors and optimizes the financial performance of the organization.
• Ensures compliance with local and international legislation in all areas of activity.
• Monitors and reports competition performances.

• Scope: Middle East Person Specification:
• Arabic and English speaker
• Strong understanding of Middle East cultural, economic and social environment
• Master’s degree or equivalent; or four to 10 years’ related experience
• Proven skills in business and financial management, preferably in Industry sector (paint industry, chemistry or building material)
• formulation and execution of strategic, financial and marketing plans to achieve company goals
• Effective introduction and management of organizational change
• Establishment of high level relationships with key customers
• Recruitment, training and empowerment of employees to achieve key performance indicators
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task
