Aspirants Gulf Executive Search is looking for an Account Director for a prominent Digital Communication company in Dubai. The Account Director is primarily responsible for the management of relationships with clients. As the senior point of contact, the Account Director builds strategic operational plans to meet Clients expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: - Leading Client’s marketing and advertising strategies. . - Build strong relationships with Clients. - Leading a team to provide exceptional level of Client service. - Generate New Accounts for business expansion. - Coordination between the suppliers and agency departments to ensure that Client’s expectations are met. - Financial account(s) management. - Plan campaigns and develop business accounts creatively and financially. - Build strategic operational plans that balances client’s expectations with the execution of creative work. - Minimum of 10 years significant experience in professional client relationship management. - Must have experience in dealing with clients from Consumer Tech, FMCG and Retail industries. - Effective team management capabilities. - Full awareness of creative processes and techniques. - Effective and articulate communication skills. - Can work long hours and within deadlines. - Ability to reduce organization and interpersonal issues within the work environment.
