Construction Manager - New Delhi

- Working on a significant New Build residential development in New Delhi. Phase one is a 22+storey residential building project. Phase two will involve 6no high rise towers.
- Responsible for the delivery and supervision of the entire project.
- Working closely with the client, sub consultants, designers, engineers and main contractors from pre-construction works through to delivery on site.
- Review overall project status with the Project Management, Project Controls and Commercial teams and recommend corrective action where necessary. - Degree Qualification is PREFERRED (e.g. BSc, BEng, MSc etc).
- International experience is NOT essential.
- Major Building Project experience is essential.
- Automatic Climbing Systems / Slip Form experience Preferred.
- Degree qualification preferred but not essential.
