The Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor or Contracts Manager to join a leading Project Management Consultant in Dubai. To work on a key project for a leading client taking managing the pre and post contract cost management of this major project. The Person: You will be a team player with the ability to manage others, be an exceptional multi-tasker and have natural time management skills. You must be able to use your own initiative, be degree qualified and be fluent in written and spoken English. You will be a talented individual who wants to be part of a world leading Blue Chip international consultancy working on high profile projects. *Only candidates who have previous experience working on a major roads and highways program will be considered* Essential Requirements: * Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying-must have * Professionally qualified by RICS-essential * 15+ years of post graduate experience * Major project experience * Roads and highways experience with an international consultant * Pre and Post contract cost management experience preferably with a Western company * Stable track Record * Exceptional written and spoken English The Person: You will be a team player with the ability to manage others, be an exceptional multi-tasker and have natural time management skills.
