Salary 1350 Kuwaiti Dinar PM
We are currently working in partnership with an Oil & Gas company based in Kuwait. This role represents an excellent opportunity for a professional Personal Assistant to support the Chairman and CEO on both a corporate and Private bases, in all areas of business. The role is very energetic and we are seeking a hands-on and motivated individual who is able to manage multifaceted workloads, devising and maintaining office systems, travel itineraries, assisting in meetings with presentations, extensive diary management, with excellent communication skills and to remain effective under pressure.
You will also be the first point of contact, liaising with all the clients, employees and senior management. Additional duties will also include carrying out specific projects and research with responsibility for accounts and budgets.
The incumbent must be fluent in both Arabic and English, verbal and written, be degree educated and have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position.
